Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on:

Personalised or custom-made goods

Pierced jewellery, underwear, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
Online Orders – Legal Right to Cancel
If you bought online and are returning the item simply because you changed your mind or it doesn’t fit:

You are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your item

Refunds will be made using your original payment method

Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

For change-of-mind or fit-related returns, you cover the cost of return shipping

For faulty, damaged, or wrong items, we will cover return postage and provide a pre-paid return label

We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address.
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not faulty and have no manufacturing defect.
